You will no doubt be aware of the new GDPR rules that came into force on 25.05 2018. As an existing customer/potential customer requiring a quote I will need to hold some basic contact information for the purpose of providing a business to business service.

The information I would need to hold could include contact names, contact job titles, contact phone numbers and contact/company email and postal addresses. This information will only be used for business activities such as responding to enquiries and providing quotes, undertaking work on projects/order processing and general day to day business communication, followed by invoicing.

This information would never be passed on to any third parties and will only be used by myself as relevant to the requirements of each specific work task. Surveys and associated documentation will be held as paper and digital files. Paper files will be held for a period of three months, digital files for a period of five years (as required by HMRC for tax purposes)

I will assume that you are happy with this arrangement and consent to continue as required for our business transactions to proceed. 

If you do not consent to this arrangement then please contact me via email or phone to let me know you do not agree to me holding this business information. I can then take appropriate action.
